My stay at Ana Crowne Plaza Osaka had its highs and lows. While the Club Lounge was a fantastic place to spend time with great food options, the room left a lot to be desired. The facilities weren't quite up to five-star standards, and the service during check-in felt lacking. Overall, not what I expected from an IHG hotel.
